Greetings on this last Monday in February and entering our second week of Lent. Each week we are looking at one of the “Silent Witnesses” of the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. We do pray that you will join us for our Mid-Week Lenten services and soup and sandwich following. We get started each Wednesday at 4:00PM followed by our fellowhip suppers in the Trinity Life Center.
I have to admit that it is a great joy to lead worship for a full sanctuary. The past two weeks have been great and have each of you in worship is a blessing, including those of you who watch on Facebook. If you could not get a ticket for the Ladie Guild Drive Thru Chicken dinner on March 18th at Hartzell’s Meats there are tickets in the office for your purchase.
You may have noticed the “Basket Galore” baskets in the hallway yesterday. Susan is finalizing the brocheure describing each basket and get the tickets together to give to the parents. There are some GREAT baskets this year. All proceeds goes to support Trinity Tots Preschool.
We have two more weeks in the book of Jude Bible Study each week at 8:30AM. In three weeks we will begin a study of another two books are are often times overlooked, Obidiah and Nahum. So come join us as we study God’s Word together.
