All Members Winter Residents, Family and Friends,
Greetings. This is going to be a short note. I am going to be in and out of the office quite a bit in the next two months. For instance next week I will be out of town from Monday to Thursday back in the office on Friday. Carmen is also going to be out of the office next week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Then again in June I will be accompanying Susan to a conference in Orlando and we will be out of town June 24th-27th. Then we will be out of town from July 1st – July 15th. So I have decided to do something I have never done. I am sending out my entire series on Luther’s Small Catechism at once. This does not mean that you may not received periodic email updates from me throughtout the coming two months.
Following this series on Luther’s Small Catechism we may do a series on the Book of James that I have prepared, but I am not sure I want to do it yet. We may do something different.
Trinity Tots Summer program continues through the month of June then the teachers are taking the month of July off. The program is in session from 8:00AM-4:00PM each day.
We have a reorganizational meeting for the Board of Elders this Thursday at 10:00 AM in the Trinity Life Center. Please bring the Caring Elder book you received. If you have been asked to serve and did not get a book come anyway and we will be sure to get you one very soon.
We need more people to sponsor the fellowship hour following church on non-communion Sundays such as next Sunday. Susan is hosting it next week but don’t be shy about volunteering to host one or two this Summer. It seems to fall on the same precious few. Maybe someone else can step up to the plate and help out.
Well I have to get going. I was called to do the invocation for the Town Council meeting this morning by the Mayor. So I am off to the meeting once I get all this sent out.
