All Members, Winter Residents, Family and Friends,
Greetings one and all! I pray that family and friends living in North Florida and the other southern states affected by the hurricae Isaias are safe and free from harm and danger. One of the Sheriff Chaplains I work with was deployed with the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief to the area for a week. This is an amazing detail you may be interested in.
On Friday, October 9, 2026, a rare meteorological coincidence occurred when Hurricane Isaias, Tropical Storm Rachel, and Tropical Storm Simon all made landfall or impacted North American coasts within the same day. Hurricane Isaias made landfall along the western Florida Panhandle as a Category 2 hurricane with sustained winds near 105 mph, causing widespread damage, storm surge, and power outages across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and parts of the Carolinas .
Tropical Storm Rachel was active off Mexico’s Pacific coast, generating dangerous surf and rip‑current conditions, and later brought heavy rain to the U.S. Southwest.
Tropical Storm Simon was in the Eastern Pacific, with the National Hurricane Center issuing marine warnings for coastal areas near Mexico.
Don’t forget to inivte you family and friends to come join us on our Christmas Bus Trip. You know what I am talking about so nother further needs to be stated.

I have an arteriogram tomorrow. Not sure when yet as they are supposed to call me between 4:30 and 6:30PM today to tell me. I do believe I heard the nurse at the office tell me it will be in the afternoon as Dr. Shimshack has office hours in the morning.
I have attached my sermon for this coming Sunday in the Series, “Fruits That Are Never Out Of Season” Fruits of the Holy Spirit. This coming week we will look at the fruit “Faithfulness”
Have a great remainder of your week and see you Sunday!
